Product and Content Widgets

This extension is useful for merchants who offer free shipping over a certain cart subtotal amount. When a user adds products to their cart, a progress bar will display, showing them how much more they need to add to their cart in order to qualify for free shipping. It is common for merchants to enable “canonical urls” on category pages using Magento’s native functionality. However the problem with doing this is that if a category has multiple pages (e.g., not all products are visible on a single page), then search engines will only index the products on the first page (read more about this here
). This extension adds
tags to category pages and intelligently adds canonical tags so that search engines can index all pages.
In native Magento 2, when a user adds a product to the cart, all they see is a green success message, but are not presented with links to take them to the cart or checkout. With this extension, when a user adds a product to the cart, the minicart dropdown will display to prompt the user to proceed to checkout.
Checkout Account Creation
Allows guest users to easily create an account by entering a password on the checkout confirmation page—when a user creates an account, the order they just placed will be linked to their newly-created account.
Turns the navigation bar into a “sticky” element that sticks to the top of the page when you scroll down so it is always visible. The cart and logo are both brought into the navigation bar to give the customer full access to their cart wherever they are on the page as well has increased brand awareness when browsing the site.
Product Badges allow you to show badges on products like “New”, “Used”, “Demo”, and “Sale” on category and product detail pages. Badges can be dynamically displayed based on product attribute data.
High Resolution Product Images
Modern devices such as iPhones, Android phones, and high end laptops have high resolution screens. Magento 2 displays product images in a way that doesn’t take advantage of the extra pixels in high resolution screens. As a result, product images appear blurry. This extension adds support for high resolution images so they look crisp and detailed on all screen resolutions.
We have two extensions dealing with product comparison:
Enhanced Compare Products – Enhances native product comparison by moving the “Compare Products” block to the top of product listing pages so that users can easily compare products after adding them to the comparison list. When a user adds a product to the comparison list from the product detail page, they will be able to click on a link to compare products directly from that page.
Disable Compare Products – Useful for sites with only a few or very similar products, this extension disables the “Compare Products” functionality as there is no way to do this in native Magento 2.
Display sub categories on category pages to improve site navigation and help customers find what they are looking for. Simplify navigation on complex product catalogs. Display sub categories on category pages with images.
Improved Layered Navigation
The Rebar theme adds accordion style layered navigation to the product listing page. This makes filtering the list of products simpler, especially when there are many layered navigation attributes.
Easily add tabs to product detail pages. Content can be pulled from either product attributes or CMS blocks.
In core Magento 2, the details, features, and reviews sections of a product are displayed in the form of tabs on desktop, and an accordion on mobile. This module changes the look and functionality of this section on desktop to make all the content visible to the customer without having to click but still allows for easy navigation to each section. When scaled down to mobile, the accordion view remains in place. This extension supports new sections added by third-party extensions.
Embedded Product Videos
This extension enhances how YouTube and Vimeo videos are embedded on product detail pages. In addition to the native Magento behavior where videos are added as thumbnails in the gallery, videos are also embedded inline on the product detail page, allowing them to easily be seen and played by users.
Customer Account Management
Hide Account Links
When a user logs into their customer account, Magento 2 displays many “account links” in the left hand navigation that are not relevant. This extension allows a merchant to choose which of those account links they would like to hide from the “account links”.
Guest Account Links
Disables the “My Account” link for guests but shows it for signed in customers. Guest users already see the “Create an Account” and “Sign In” links. The “My Account link will take you the sign in page when you are a guest. Removing it for guests removes that redundancy and keeps the top menu clear of clutter.
Create payment method restrictions for individual customer groups. Offer certain customer groups additional payment methods while restricting them from other customer groups. For example, you could offer wholesale customers “Purchase Order” as a payment method. Easily manage payment methods in the backend.

Enhanced Returns Functionality
Magento Commerce has a native Returns feature
. We’ve enhanced this native functionality by adding a number of commonly requested features. Talk with a Classy Llama team member to get more details. These additional features will require some custom development and therefore there will be additional cost associated with these Rebar features.
The Rebar Parts Finder allows users to find parts from an interactive parts schematic.
Users can either click “hotspots” to find products or they can view a table of products below the schematic.
- Multiple schematics can be linked to a single Model
- Meta data – If multiple products link to the same Hotspot, you can inform users the difference between the parts
- Product “model” compatibility – On product detail pages, users can see which models are compatible with that product.
- Responsive – works on all screen sizes
Backend Management of Models
The Parts Finder introduces the concept of a “Model” in Magento. Admins can relate products (parts) to a Model, upload a schematic for that Model, and then map each product to a specific location (“hotspot”) on the schematic.
Models are built on top of Magento’s native “category” entity, so they inherit all of the SEO and categorization benefits of categories.
This extension allows an admin to define a specific product (or multiple products) as having replaced another product. The old product will indicate that there is a newer product available and the new product will indicate that it replaces the older product.
