The Zendesk Magento 2 connector allows a Zendesk Agent to view a customer’s most recent orders. Order details along with any notes and Carrier and tracking code from the shipment area are also visible within Zendesk.
Agents with access to the Orders area of Magento 2 can click the order from inside of Zendesk and be taken directly to the order details in the Magento 2 admin area.

Yes. For customers who are logged in, Sunshine will track the events in your ecommerce store and pass those to Zendesk.
Yes. The Magento 2 Connector App must be applied to each platform where you wish Customer and Order data to be visible. Currently this includes Zendesk Support, Zendesk Chat and Zendesk Sell.
